Meet the maker

Mike Otis served 22 years in the U.S. Air Force, including in the Middle East during Desert Storm. On his 21st birthday his father handed him the family's tattered barbecue sauce recipe card. Decades later, Mike and his wife, Deardria, started bottling it as Battle Tested BBQ, and the company donates 5% of profits from every bottle to honor the family's ties to the Armed Forces.
