Refund Policy

All sales are final. Our products are made in small batches by veteran-owned businesses, so we can't take returns.

If something goes wrong, we'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or wrong, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

To get help:

  1. Email info@militarymade.com.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Add a photo of the problem, if you can.

You won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be returned or exchanged for cash.
